When speaking to experts and users, the three main insights were considered when moving forward with the project.
The insights helped formulate the brief that led to a better understanding what the product has to achieve. 
Brief:
'Preventative measures for childhood anxiety in dental practice waiting room environments'
It was interesting to note all the stakeholders involved when patients visit dental clinics. The stakeholder map helped understand how the industry worked and how the users can develop anxiety from just having a poor interaction with the receptionist.
User mapping was also done after the stakeholder map to analyse the major pain points in the overall experience. It was mentioned that the more time spent in the waiting room, the more anxious the user became due to irrational thoughts.
